A health-conscious mom shares how to make a DIY face wash that will transform your skin.
This skin care formula revitalized her texture and shrunk her pores, giving her a radiant, more youthful look.
Lindsey O'Donnell (@linds_odonnell) describes herself as a “healthy mom with shopping habits.”
As someone who prioritizes health habits, that also applies to her natural beauty routine.
She shared on her Instagram Reels the homemade face wash that has made a huge difference.
The mother called it a DIY face wash that truly transformed her skin in “the most incredible way.”
She said in the video's caption that her skin texture has improved, her pores have shrunk, and her skin is more radiant than ever.
Not everyone can handle strong chemicals, and Lindsey is one of them.
When it comes to her skin care, less is more.
When she stopped using homemade remedies and tried commercial cleaners, “the skin regressed in a big way.”

“In the last video you said tea tree oil but my skin was so dry…Rosehip oil might be better,” a viewer wrote.
“I like to mix and experiment with other oils in this recipe. Everyone's skin is different, and rosehip is much more moisturizing.” Lindsay replied.
Lindsey also mentioned in the comments that she has used wild oranges before.
The only downside to the DIY method is that it doesn't last long and will expire.
Lindsey recommended making it every two weeks or as needed.

In the video's caption, Lindsay wrote that she was “so happy” that others were trying it out and loving it as much as she did.
One viewer commented: “I love a great DIY.”
Some offered advice on how to change up your skin care formula.
“I recommend using 550 mgo or 850 mgo Manuka honey. It worked wonders for my skin,” said one person.
