To better understand the challenges HR leaders face when addressing the potential of AI adoption in the enterprise, Valoir surveyed more than 150 HR executives from around the world, including leaders from a wide range of industries and enterprise sizes. Valoir also found that only 16% of organizations have a policy on the use of generative AI, and even fewer have a policy on the ethical use of AI.
