BOSTON – This was a tough task. This month is the fifth time he's measured rainfall in inches in Massachusetts, and the forecast calls for more rain and maybe even wet snow.

Massachusetts weekend weather forecast
The weekend seems to be going well.
There will be many special features on Saturday. vitamin D! Temperatures will top out in the mid 50s!
Just be careful – wind. It will be windy Saturday. Westerly winds will be gusty during the day, gusting between 20 and 35 mph, tapering by the evening.
There is a slight chance of rain or snow late Saturday night or early Sunday morning. The risk is fairly low, but you should be careful if you go out to early Sunday morning services.
Otherwise, Sunday will be partly sunny with temperatures in the mid-50s again in most areas.
There will be wind, but it will be much weaker than Saturday.
Will it rain more next week?
April arrives on Monday, and it's the same old story. It looks like another prolonged storm is heading our way.
Details are still being worked out, but the deadline is likely to be late Tuesday or Thursday.
This will also be a “juicy” storm with lots of precipitation. Wet snow is possible, especially in higher elevations.
