“I am very grateful for the educational opportunities I received as part of the undergraduate and doctoral programs at Morehead State University. “Response to Intervention (RTI) in the high school setting has provided a valuable resource for “Response to Intervention (RTI) in high school settings,'' he said. “I commend Morehead State University and all Kentucky universities for providing students with the opportunity to realize their dreams.”
Fletcher said he does not take this responsibility lightly and is committed to improving educational opportunities in Kentucky.
“I truly believe that there is no greater compliment, honor, or responsibility for a parent or guardian than to allow others to be a part of their child’s life. “When you walk in the door. At one of our schools, parents say, 'I believe in my greatest accomplishment,'” he said. “By going ‘all in’ every day, we will do our best to live up to the trust placed in us by more than 600,000 Kentucky students.”
