The Rancho Santa Fe Educational Foundation held its annual art auction fundraiser with a dynamic “Après-ski” themed night, achieving exceptional success and community support. Held on March 15 at the reopened Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, the event drew more than 200 guests despite the rain, showcasing a fusion of children's art and luxury vacations, and featuring R. A large amount of revenue was raised to strengthen educational programs. For kindergarten through 8th grade students at Roger Lowe School, Rancho Santa Fe. This year's event was a success, with total proceeds exceeding $400,000, according to a news release.
“We are extremely grateful to our generous and dedicated supporters and RSF community partners who made this event a huge success,” District Superintendent Dr. Tom Bennett said in a news release. “Their unwavering commitment to education ensures that our students have access to rich experiences and opportunities that will shape their futures.”
RSF Education Foundation's annual fundraising campaign demonstrates the power of innovation, creativity and community collaboration to drive positive change. The fundraiser was conceived and chaired by parent volunteers Brittney Matzinger, Erica Conger, Hannah Bartell Donovan and Ashley Haas. “We wanted to reimagine our annual art auction to maximize its impact and give our community an unforgettable experience,” Art Auction Co-Chair Hannah Donovan said in a news release It is stated in “We are so lucky to have such generous families and local businesses in our town. For the 2023-24 school year, the RSF Education Foundation has pledged to raise $1.1 million for the district. RSFEF's annual fundraising makes up about 5 to 10 percent of the district's operating budget, making it his second-largest source of revenue for the district after property taxes. RSFEF's annual grants help school districts fund personalized instruction, enrichment services, and highly qualified professional teachers for all K-12 students.
