Fortune ranks Georgia State University's Master's in Analytics among the top 15 data science programs in the nation
ATLANTA, Ga., March 8, 2024 (Globe Newswire) — Fortune magazine's 2024 ranking of in-person graduate programs in data science ranks the Master of Science in Analytical Degree offered by Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business as , ranked 15th out of all programs. program in the United States and ranks him 11th among public university programs. Robinson's Master of Science in Analytics degree is the only Georgia program in the ranking. He is second among programs in the Southeast.
Fortune ranks data science master's degree programs through weighted scoring for selectivity (undergraduate GPA and acceptance rate), success (student retention and graduation rates), and demand (total enrollment and number of applicants in the most recent year). The ranking has been decided.
Georgia State University's STEM-accredited analytics master's degree is offered as a 16-month full-time program or a 24-month part-time program. The curriculum includes eight required courses, three electives, a bootcamp, and intensive multi-week sprints where students work with their organization's data to address complex problems, develop predictive models, and derive insights from results. It has been constructed.
