Ahn Jae Hyun and Seo In Guk teamed up with Cosmopolitan Korea for an interview and photoshoot that reveals a behind-the-scenes look at their reunion on the set of K.Will's latest music video, “No Sad Song For My Broken Heart,” which has generated a lot of interest from viewers. The two actors had already worked together in K.Will's music video, “Please Don't…,” in 2012.
Ahn Jae Hyun shared his thoughts, “While filming 'No Sad Song for a Wounded Heart,' I felt like I was falling deeply in love this time. When I saw the final clip, the line 'I missed you' felt like it came from me, not from In Guk. It felt so real that I wondered if I'd said it unconsciously.”
Seo In-guk shared his experience, “When filming started, we knew each other's feelings and it was a lot of fun. Seriously, our lips were only millimeters apart and it was really awkward. At first I laughed and felt a bit weird, but after a few takes I started to get more immersed in it.”
Expressing his gratitude to Ahn Jae Hyun, Seo In Guk added, “I am really grateful to Jae Hyun. I am an introverted person and I even turn off notifications on KakaoTalk and am afraid of phone calls, but Jae Hyun has kept in touch with me ever since we first met on 'Please Don't…'. He is the one who has maintained our bond. I am so grateful, it was as if he had planned it for 12 years.”
These confessions highlight not only the depth of their friendship but also the passion and professionalism that unites them in their artistic work.
The full interview and photo essay will appear in the August issue of Cosmopolitan Korea magazine.
